Cathy J. Berry, M.D.

Dr. Berry received her Bachelor's degree at St. John's College and her Doctorate at Albany Medical College. Dr. Berry has been practicing in the Syracuse community since 1995. Dr. Berry is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetricians and Gynocologists. The scope of her practice includes GYN surgery and obstetrics. Dr. Berry strives to provide quality care to her patients while empowering women to be proactive participators in their own health care. Her holistic approach to medicine includes developing a unique treatment plan for each patient that incorporates traditonal medicine, alternative therapies or combinations of both. She sees patients in the Syracuse and Baldwinsville offices.

 
Krystal Foree, MD

Dr. Foree received her Bachelor's degree at the University of Nebraska and her Doctorate at Creighton School of Medicine, Omaha, NE.  She completed her Residency at SUNY Upstate Medical University, OBGYN. Dr. Foree is very excited to be joining a practice that is enthusiastic and open to care for all of their patients needs.  She believes that patient care is not just about the medicine, but all aspects of a womans body, mind and soul.   The scope of her practice includes GYN surgery, urogynecology and obstetrics. Dr. Foree, like Dr. Berry,  strives to provide quality care to her patients while empowering women to be proactive participators in their own health care.

 
Rachana George, MD

 Dr. George received her Bachelor’s degree at SUNY at Buffalo and her Doctorate at St. George’s University Grenada West Indies. She completed her Residency at SUNY Upstate Medical University, OBGYN. Dr. George is very excited to be joining a practice that is enthusiastic and open to care for all of their patients needs. The scope of her practice includes GYN surgery, and obstetrics.  Dr. George has a special interest in the field of infertility.  She believes that struggles involved with infertility involve both the male and the female. She has had 10 years of experience in the field of Male infertility specializing in advanced semen analysis. Her scope of practice includes primary medical treatment of diseases associated with female infertility, ovulation induction, intrauterine insemination using the method of tubal perfusion, and advanced semen analysis.   Dr. George strongly believes in the use of alternative medicine when treating an infertile couple. She believes treating infertility involves the mind, body, and soul and uses the combination of Medical treatment, Homeopathy, Reiki, and Acupuncture to help try to achieve the goal of conception.

 

 
Diana Fitzgerald, CNM

Diana Fitzgerald has been a midwife since 2006 after graduating from SUNY Stonybrook. Prior to that she was a Labor and Delivery nurse for more than 10 years. Born and raised in Central New York, Diana is excited to be a midwife, with midwife literally meaning "with woman," here in Syracuse. Her philosophy incorporates the long standing belief that women are intuitive and when allowed, trust their own being will prevail in health and happiness. She also trusts in a hand in hand relationship with 21st century technology and long standing ways of knowing, allowing a balance in caring for women. In her free time, she enjoys camping, kayaking, biking, hiking (any time outdoors) with her family.

 
Janet Ortolani, CNM

Janet Ortolani, CNM, has been a midwife since 2002, serving women in the New York metropolitan area and Long Island until relocating to the Syracuse area in 2009. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Stony Brook University and her Midwifery Certificate from Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn. Janet’s experience in Women’s Health began almost twenty years ago as a La Leche League Leader, Childbirth Educator, and Doula. Her experiences with childbearing women and families have served to reinforce her philosophies about the power of the birthing process and the impact childbirth has on a woman’s personal development. Through an emphasis on patient education and a holistic approach to patient care, Janet endeavors to encourage women to strive for their full potential.

 
Theresa L. Bruneau, RN, FNP
Nurse Practitioner

Terry Bruneau is a Family Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years experience in women's health care. She is a graduate of Crouse School of Nursing and Community General Hospital's Nurse Practitioner Program. Terry is a wife and mother of 2 adult daughters. In her spare time she enjoys wild crafting, gardening and metaphysical studies. She is an herbalist, a reflexologist and has many years of experience working with and teaching a variety of energy healing modalities. Her goal is to empower those she works with to find their own well being by supporting whatever path they choose. Terry works out of the Baldwinsville office.

 
Mary Ellen Woiler, RNC, MSN
Nurse Practitioner

Mary Ellen Woiler received her Bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, and her Master's degree in Nursing from the University of Rochester, New York. Mary Ellen has been practicing for 24 years. She practices in the Syracuse office. Mary Ellen provides comprehensive women's health care to women of all ages. She performs colposcopy, endometrial biopsy, evaluation and treatment of menopausal and perimenopausal concerns.

 
Rita MacDonald
RPA-C

As a physician assistant with more than 20 years experience in women's health, Rita brings a wide range of knowledge to our practice. Rita enjoys caring for women in all stages of their reproductive lives with a gentle, compassionate approach. She completed her undergraduate work at Cornell University and her Physician Assistant Masters program at Northeastern University.
